The unique combination of fiber types, fiber angles, matrix material but also our self-developed manufacturing methods are comparable to the menu of a master chef: With the most exclusive ingredients as well as with an extremely sophisticated and top secret recipe, a masterpiece is created, which convinces the palate of the connoisseur.
The material is only 0.7mm thick, and yet we accommodate up to eight ultra-thin fiber layers in it. We use the best fibers from the aerospace industry. The result: The lightest rim-frame glasses in the world, made of our patented material FLEXARBON® – flexible yet robust carbon.
